- Convert uploaded images into AI-ready prompts using CLIP Interrogator technology
- Generate optimized prompts for 5 AI models: Midjourney, SDXL, Flux, DALL·E, and General
- Customize prompts with aspect ratios, negative prompts, and keyword adjustments
- Copy or download generated prompts for immediate use across supported platforms
You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

AI-Powered Content Filtering
We use third-party AI models (CLIP Interrogator via Replicate API) that are designed to refuse generating prompts for:

- Illegal or harmful content
- NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content
- Violent or graphic content
- Content that violates applicable laws
User Responsibility
While our AI models provide automated filtering, users are ultimately responsible for ensuring their uploaded images and usage comply with all applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
Third-Party AI Models
We utilize CLIP Interrogator technology provided by Replicate. These models have built-in safety features that automatically reject inappropriate content requests. We do not control the underlying AI models but rely on their established safety mechanisms.
Privacy and Data Collection

Usage Limits and Fair Use
Service Quotas
- Free plan: 3 generations per day, 1 model at a time
- Pro plan: 30 generations per day, up to 3 models per image
- Plus plan: effectively unlimited generations and all 5 models
- Quota resets daily; unused quota does not roll over
Fair Use Policy
- The service is intended for legitimate prompt creation and AI artwork workflows
- Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- Automated bulk generation beyond plan limits is prohibited
Pricing and Payments
- **Free**: $0, 3 generations/day, 1 model
- **Pro**: $9.99/month, 30 generations/day, up to 3 models per image
- **Plus**: $19.99/month, effectively unlimited generations with all 5 models
- **Billing**: Monthly subscription, cancel anytime before renewal
- **No Credit Packs**: We do not sell standalone credit bundles at this time
Service Availability and Support
- **Uptime**: We strive for 99.9% service availability
- **Maintenance**: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- **Support**: Email support via support@imgtoprompt.app during business hours
- **API Access**: Available to authenticated users through their API keys
Termination
By You
You may close your ImgtoPrompt account at any time through your account settings. Unused credits remain available until their stated expiration date.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Non-payment of fees
- Abusive or harmful behavior toward other users or our team
- Any activity that threatens the security or performance of our service
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- That generated content will meet your specific requirements
- The quality or appropriateness of AI-generated images
Limitation of Liability
ImgtoPrompt and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- Any harm resulting from your use of AI-generated content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgtoPrompt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Content you generate, publish, or distribute
