Introduction

This policy explains how ImgtoPrompt handles refunds for our subscription plans (Free, Pro, Plus). We do not sell credit packs at this time.

Current Service Status

ImgtoPrompt offers a Free plan with daily quota and two optional monthly plans for heavier use.

  • Free: $0, 3 generations/day, 1 model
  • Pro: $9.99/month, 30 generations/day, up to 3 models per image
  • Plus: $19.99/month, effectively unlimited generations with all 5 models
  • No credit packs or pre-paid bundles are available

Refund rules for Pro/Plus subscriptions

We process refunds case-by-case using the rules below:

Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a refund, please confirm:

  • **Time Limit**: Submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal.
  • **Usage**: At least 80% of the billing-period quota remains unused (example: Pro plan should have 24+ of the 30 daily slots unused across the days elapsed).
  • **Required Information**: Provide your order number, payment email, and a short description of the issue.
  • **Payment Verification**: We may request a Creem receipt or bank statement to validate the transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • **Heavy Usage**: More than 20% of the plan’s billing-period quota was consumed.
  • **Promotional Access**: Complimentary or beta access has no cash value and is non-refundable.
  • **Custom Contracts**: Enterprise deals follow their own written terms.
  • **Third-Party Outages**: Temporary downtime from external AI providers does not qualify.
  • **Duplicate Requests**: Multiple submissions for the same order will be declined.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  2. **Share Order Details**: Include your full name, order number, payment method, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. **Attach Evidence**: For technical issues, provide screenshots, error messages, or logs if available.
  4. **Submit and Await Review**: Our support team will confirm receipt and keep you updated throughout the process.

Processing Timeline

  • **Acknowledgment**: We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  • **Review**: Most cases are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  • **Refund Issuance**: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • **Follow-up**: We email you once the refund is issued or if additional information is required.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly:

Refunds are returned to the original payment method; payment processor or bank fees already incurred will not be reimbursed.

  • Your ImgtoPrompt account may be paused while the dispute is investigated.
  • Chargebacks introduce additional bank fees and delay resolutions for both sides.
  • Working directly with support ensures we can credit or refund you faster if eligible.
